Productizing the struggles and experiences of improving quality within the manufacturing process
After going through the COVID pandemic, this was Nano Seimitsu's first-time endeavor to organize a face-to-face seminar. Although online seminars had been held several times, an in-person seminar in the form of a sponsorship from other companies was one of the projects that the company had been longing for.
"Quality improvement has been a long-standing and ongoing challenge for Fortune Cross, our group company that produces motor shafts. It is no exaggeration to say that LQC is the fruit of our know-how based on hard experience and trial-and-error. We emphasize the importance of obtaining accurate quality data as the foundation for solving quality improvement within our manufacturing process, leveraging our unique perspective and awareness derived from operating our own mass production factories. In fact, Fortune Cross has achieved a five-fold increase in sales over 20 years through continuous improvement. We hope that this seminar served as a starting point for solving the challenges faced by everyone in the field." (Mr. Oishi of Nano Seimitsu)
"After the pandemic, we were finally able to hold face-to-face seminars. I believe we were able to provide hints that contribute to quality improvement and cost reduction in the manufacturing field by incorporating solutions from each company's respective expertise. For the next seminar, we are considering placing more emphasis on attracting attendees and planning regular seminars and study sessions in the future." (Mr. Yada of Nano Seimitsu)
