LINE QC LITE is a system that automatically inputs inspection data (according to each customer's specified format) prior to shipment,making it possible to immediately create inspection sheets with the customer's own layout.
This is a system that allows customers to create their client's own inspection tables (Excel format) by simply measuring the data sent from MITUTOYO's U-WAVE.
In addition to the ability to freely set each measurement area to be measured, information on the number of workpieces,
and the order of measurement, the system also allows the user to set the standard range of measurement for each measurement area,
The customer's own standard range can be set for each measurement area,
so a pass/fail judgment can be made upon receiving measurement data, and NG data will not be missed.
And MITUTOYO measuring instruments, VECTRIX Telemeasure II receivers, VECTRIX Quick Read, E4N, and ISSOKU Smp,
Quick Read and E4N by Marposs, and Smp by ISSOKU etc,,
the system is also compatible with measuring instruments that can output to the RS-232C serial connection.
When data is temporarily entered on the Data_Input sheet, information entered manually from the keyboard is automatically linked to the sheet, so laboratory data such as shape measuring instruments, roundness measuring instruments, and CMMs can also be entered.
The greatest benefit of this new system is a reduction in workload and work time.
Compared to conventional manual work, this system reduces human error and improves work efficiency.
